Could do with some help here pls. Have a TT One XL unpatched with the following info.

ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8010
ApplicationVersion=9369

I then updated to Navcore 9510 using Rider NC 9.510Installer1.1.exe from a thread in the Navcore section & I see this now:

ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9510

Map(s):

D:\Australia__930_5563\

I have the original unpatched Australia-14 map & downloaded Australia-910.

I used FA 11/07/2014 to patch the maps but unable to use either map now.

I do see meta.txt has the Australia 930_5563 entry & patch reports successful.

TT Home works with either map.

What did I do incorrectly ?

TT Home didn't suggest any updates that's why I manually updated to NC9510

1. Patch 9.510 with FastActivate Option 3.
2. TT Home "Operate my device" is just a emulation/simulation of your device & should not be used as a trouble shooting tool.

Thank you for responding.
I have tried option 3 a few times, it said "Your Navvore have been patched already"
I powered off the XL, when it boots up I'm presented with both maps (Australia-14,Australia-910) and selecting either brings up the error message.

thx I replaced ttsystem it comes up to the drive safely screen hit continue , hangs and then reloads to same position. Hv power cycled unit no diff

I am also getting an error when connecting to TT Home, it says something like "... .You have an invalid version of the Tom Tom application installed on your Tom Tom device.<snip> 573/*https://home.tomtom.com/account/setDevice: You have an invalid version of the ...<snip> Error code: 573 Debug info from server: InvalidModelOrNavcoreException:.."

Thanks for any tips on recovering from this.

Just close the error message and continue using TT Home.

Thanks tendriver, yes TT Home continues to work despite the error msg. More importantly, how do I get past this hang with the replaced ttsystem from 9.510 SE ttsystem.rar ?

Thanks for the links Tendriver, I followed them & figured from topic994.html, that the Navcore must have broken the setup so deleted everything except for the 930_5563 map & let TT Home download and upgrade the XL, it seems to work now.

Maybe the 9510 NC upgrade isn't working as I am back to 8010 and the map shows up.
