0) Put a new sd-card in your Radio/Carminat and let create the folder "loopdir"

1) Extract "NC_8842_Full_Complete_Install_yDGpatch.zip" and copy folders and files to your sd-card.

2) Make a "ttgo.bif" file. Copie this file to the root SD Card
Create a text file with notepad called ttgo.bif (NOT ttgo.bif.txt) in the root directory of your sd card
and inside put these lines:
DeviceName=Carminat TomTom
DeviceUniqueID=XXXXXXXXXX (Your Unique Device ID with no spaces)
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8842 (Your Current navcore version, this is the latest official)

How to get your device ID
Open Tom-Tom Home with your old set up engaged, and take note of your Device ID
Help > System Information > Device Code > XXXXXXXXXX

3) Use the choosen map Europe 1020.9247
Unpack it and Copy the new map to your SD card in its own folder.
When you open the map you see the individual files.
Not a map in a map.
4) Download FastAktivate (mirror), unpack (Temporarily set your virus scanner off)

Copy FastActivate.exe and meta.txt file to root SD Card
Run "FastActivate.exe".
Select 2
Done.

Virusscanner on again.

I downloaded a new FastActivate I tried it and it works.
Probably a problem in FastActivate.
