Something has happened to my TomTom and now when I try to type letters, most of the time the letter to the right is being selected.

Is there some way that I can adjust this?

According to these instructions http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?10957-Touchscreen-calibration&highlight=touchscreen+calibration when I turn on the TomTom I wait for the drums and then hold in the power button to see the current calibration settings.

I'm not hearing the drums. I have reset the device and made no difference. I have an XL IQ, I used to hear the drums at start-up in the past.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I managed to fix this. With the XL IQ, you just hold the power button in at startup to get the settings displayed. You don't release the power button until the settings are displayed.
