I'm here looking for some help regarding an update to the following device: (even if just only the europe western map is possible I will be happy)

It's easy to do it.
You have already latest NavCore installed. Need just to change map data to desired one [ Take a Look here -> maps-v1xxx/tomtom-1085-map-collections-t22740.html ] . Your map must be Xxxxxx_1085.11310

explain you how to do MAP update for ANY incoming TomTom maps in future...
