Changing Miles to km on nb1

How do you change miles to kilometers on tom tom nb1 installed in a 2014 Mazda CX 5

It doesn't say much in [Please Register or Login to download file] but someone else says:

You have to go into Change Preferences and click on next until you see Set Units. Select this and make the appropriate changes on all units like Kilometer, Time, Degrees, etc.
