Same map differend name

but ome is 1,94MB and the other is 1;24Mb

Ok, how about you check at the TT website in the map shop?
It will show you the detailed coverage for each map and you get a text version for the coverage as well.

The Europe_West etc are called "zoned" maps and shrunk to fit restricted memory devices. TT's idea is you can have all/any of the zoned maps on your PC & just replace one with another depending on where you're going.

Western_Europe etc are bigger maps and nomally have wider country coverage too.
