have tt xl and i downloaded 930.5563 and fast activate. i have gone in and read the tom tom tutorial, but nowhere does it tell me what to do in any steps. could someone post the thread. thanks

ok, downloaded and installed 930.5563 and ran fastactivate 2 and 3 rebooted and screen came up "no maps found! rechecked by viewing files, looks as if everything was there. any help would be nice, thanks by the way, named the new map folder, the same as the old one. Do not know if this makes a difference

1. "No map found" is the classic message for an unpatched navcore.
2. The folder name can be anything that you wish. If you use WinRAR, it correctly names the folder, that it creates, when it unzips the download.

Replace your current ttsystem file with this pre-patched 9.510 ttsystem file. Disconnect & reboot.

well that takes care of the XL, will take on the Garmin next week. Thanks a heap guys
