Downloading TT Navcores for WinCE devices

Postby joe_90 » Sat Oct 23, 2010 3:28 pm

Hi

I'm getting error messages from megaupload when tyring to access the navcore downloads:

"We have detected an elevated number of requests from your IP address"

Anyone else experiencing this, and any way around it or somewhere else to d/l from?

If you download as a free user you can only download one thing at a time and then you have to wait fifteen minutes usually before you can download again.

Thanks for the replies.

I get the error message from the very first attempted download, ie, even before I have downloaded anything, so I could understand if I had reached my download limit but that isn't the case, and I'm not using a proxy either!

It's hard to trouble shoot the problem, if you don't post what navcore you are trying to download!!!

Thanks for replying.

The problem seems to occur with all navcores (winCE) I've tried downloading, so far these are all hosted on Megaupload, so I don't think the problem is with any particular navcore but more likey an issue with Megaupload.

Incidentally the ip address displayed in the error message isn't mine.

I would add that I've also already tried resetting my routers ip address but doesn't make any difference.
Plus I'm using firefox if that makes any difference?

Megaupload has deleted the no BT version that you referenced here. This link is for the same version with BT.
