1. There is no development of an emulator, one reason is that TT only recently complied to publish the sources of all their NC's.
2. TT Home basically is a simulator for your device but you won't have a real GPS info and no live services or TMC.
If you in fact mean you want to use TT on your PC as a navigation software, than
a) you can only use the old CE versions and a suitable CE emulator
b) there is much better software on the PC market than TT
