Since the last update to 975 chart I receive a error in TomTom home.
When I connect my XXL Classic and TTHome is searching for updates I receive the following error:
Sorry the img is in Dutch.
DeviceName=TomTom XXL Classic Series
DeviceVersionHW=XXL Classic Series
DeviceSerialNumber=GQxxxxxxxxxx
BootLoaderVersion=10012
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9510
ApplicationVersion=1234792.2
CurrentMap=
CurrentMapVersion=0.0
Navcore map and TThome are patched.
Does somebody have any idea what is happening here?

It say (and you can read dutch) Try again or otherwise contact TomTom (simple).
Remove your zip folder and try again.

Thanks Holyhead,
I tried several times same result.
Calling TomTom is a bit domdom...
Anyway, I can not find any zip folder in my device.

It's complaining about the postcodes and yours are obviously missing, so create a folder called zip in the root of your device and extract the contents of
[Please Register or Login to download file] archive into it....then try again

Probably, it's a temporary failure. Try again later.
You can also get the zip codes from here and not via TTH.
It does not seem that your map is patched. In any case ttgo.bif seems to think so.

@ Razorblatter:
Thanks for your reply.
It's not temporary I have for a day or 4 now, but any way I try to create a zip folder and copy the codes from here in it.
Let you all now if it worked.

You might want to check for disk errors from within Windows.

Done everything, no result still receiving the same error....
This is what I did;
-made a back up
-format my tomtom
-install the new navcore
-install the map I use, Iberia 975.7685
-patched navcore and map
Try udate in tomtom home: Same error.
Put the map zip on my tomtom: Same error.
I am running out of options...

If the map works and you installed the zip file(s) in the zip map I wouldn't worry about it.
How did you install navcore? From the backup?
Are you logged in in TTH?
Thu Aug 25, 2016 3:55 pm
Yes the map works.
The zip files are in the zip map.
No, I downloaded the navcore from TTH and patched it after that with FastActivate.
That goes well because my map is working.
Yes I am logged in in TTH
The map "zip" is in the root of my TT, that is the right place isn't it?

Why do you keep calling it 'map' zip?
You're showing us Dutch error messages that is talking about Netherland postcodes but you're installing a Spanish map?
Also, there are only 3 countries that use postcode files: UK, Netherlands & Singapore
So if you've installed Iberia_975_7685 you don't need any postcode files as Iberia doesn't use them
But if you've installed a UK, Netherlands or Singapore map....you do.

At this moment I have only installed the Iberia map.
I do not need any postcode, but even whit this map installed and no postcodes installed TTH give me that error.
So I thought I install the postcodes anyway so I don't get this error any more.

Okay, my fault. The postal code files should be in a 'zip' folder in the root of the device.
What error? The TTH error? Forget about it.

Ok, it could be a problem with some old postcode files that still reside within the TomTom Home files that are stored on your PC...check through those and remove if necessary

Hmmm I give up.
I have a map named zip in the root of my TT with the postcode files in it (downloaded here).
Same error.
I deleted the zip map.
Same error.
So I give up!
There are no old postcode file's on my pc, I removed everything from TT frome my pc.
