I have installed Europe Central 900.4602 on my device with navcore 9.101 and everything works well, when I updated navcore to 9.465 with TThome map stopped working.
Any ideas???

From the TT Team!!

You need to patch 9.465. 2 options.

1. Use FastActivate Premium 1.8.9.0 Updated 24.12.2012
2. Use the pre-patched 9.465 SE ttsystem.rar

Or simply check the tutorials and the the general section before starting a new thread to a topic that was discussed and solved many many times.
I really wonder why no one bothers to use Google anymore....

If you did not purchase Europe Central 900.4602, then you had to patch it to use it. To use a patched map, the navcore must also be patched, either by patching it yourself or using a pre-patched version. This applies to all navcores, including 9.101.
