Part 1 & Part 2 are the same, except Part 1 is in English & Part 2 is in German. You only need Part 1 from zippyshare.

I believe I said, "Copy FastActivate.exe to the root of your XXL directory." FastActive.exe does not change with updates. Only the Intergrated meta.txt file changes. Your old version will do just fine. Run Option 1 to update the meta.txt, Option 2 to patch the map & Option 3 to patch the navcore, if it is not already patched.
