Been trying to download the 2nd rar for a few days now, keep getting the above message ?, never downloaded anything from the site b4, cleared out cache etc no joy.

Try to unpack the part you already have

The download site shows 2 parts, but they are actually separate downloads. Part 1 is in English. Part 2 is in German. The FastActivate.rar download file is the same in both parts. Do what Downunder sez, "Try to unpack the part you already have".
