updated my mates device in this thread

it worked great i tested it and so did he no problems

today he tried to add ozzy osbourne voice(paid for dont know why) and he said it just froze

now the device has green light with charge plugged in boot will not start up

solved a similar problem on a one v2 by charging for 2 hrs then holding power down for 10 secs then pushing the reset button

but this device has no reset button

thanks for any advice that can recover this

The reset button is in a small hole on the bottom of the case.

got it sorted there is a reset button its just well hidden, so the old charge for 2 hrs reset then hold power and reset button for 10 seconds worked
