Hi guys,
Could you please help me with guiding through the steps and pin pointing at what I'm doing wrong. Have spend a few night already on downloading and trying to connect the dots, but no success. Have read a lot of treads and discussion on this forum.
I have a GO 630 with `CurrentMap=North_America_2GB` on the internal memory which I haven't used in a while so decided to give it to my dad in Europe. Tried to install the all Europe 970.7466 on a 4 GB memory card and Europe_South on a 2BG memory card as those were the latest versions shown available in TT Home, but without removing the US map from internal memory. For the all Europe I used the auto installer, for the Europe_South I used the manual installation, but both with the same outcome: I can see the .dct map folder and it appears in the list of maps when I turn on the TT, but when I try to switch to the Europe map I get the error message: "Error with map. You cannot use this map on this device".
Please help as I am going to visit my parents in Europe in two weeks and was planning to hand them the TT (I'm currently in US, if that makes a difference).
Thanks in advance!
