Postby Quinny » Tue Jun 04, 2013 9:34 pm

Got the map, 910_4952, got the Navcore, 9.510, got the Fastactivate, 2/6/2013 but also got the message No Map Found.

Any ideas?

The navcore is not patched. Where did you download it from?

Not sure if it was from here or elsewhere, I've slept since then, however I am now downloading it again from within these walls :)

So I tried 9.530 instead, and the device just freezes at the start up screen, looks like an earlier version might be the way to go.

9.530 is just a Southeast Asia version of 9.510.

Take a look here before you try another navcore: Navcore 9.510

Missed your post, but tried 9.430 and the original 7.930 and in both cases it's saying no maps found.

"No Maps Found" is the "classic" message, if the navcores are not patched.

I've erased the two above, and installed the 9.510 you suggested, but still no joy. When using the Fastactivate, I've done each category in turn, and they are all coming back that they are succesful.

You don't suppose the map could be the problem? (Western Europe 1gb.)

Quinny, from memory your device has 2.5gb internal memory only so why not try western europe 910.4892, a slightly larger map than you are trying unsuccessfully at the moment. With your navcore and 910.4892 map you will have a full featured map, unlike 910.4952. At least this should prove whether the map download is suspect.

Will have a go tonight when I get home, and keep you posted.

This is the first one that has me stumped.

Right.

Have downloaded Western Europe 910.4973 and NC 9.510. Used the latest edition of Fastactivate, but still it freezes at start up. I've used the clear flash tool, but still no joy, but when I go into TT home, and the operate my go, it still says "No maps found."

This is so frustrating as it's never happened before, and I've always had success.

Have you tried removing the currentmap.dat and currentlocation.dat in the root and restarting ?

I have told you twice that your 9.510 navcore is not patched.

If you are using any 9.510 version, other than Downunder's version: Navcore 9.510, (which is pre-patched), then patch it with 9.510 SE ttsystem.rar
