Hi all you clever people

I recently downloaded Truck software/ eu maps, onto SD Card. It works very well. Now loaded some mp3 music files but even though they are showing on TomTom music playlist, they dont play.. I am computer/ tech novice, so probably done something wrong
Any suggestions welcome.

I have no idea. I do assume your voices and sounds are working so that it is not a volume or speaker issue?

Shot in the dark: have you tried a mp3 with lower bitrate?

Edit: I found thuis piece of information:
Also the TT cannot cope very well with mp3s recorded at 320kb bit rate and cannot play ones recorded at variable bit rate at all.

If it doesn't work, simply try another sd-card.

If I am not mistaken, Truck navcores 9.701 & 9.702 do not have mp3 players for safety reasons.

I try the 9701dsa on a go 630 and the MP3 player works.
maybe it works on a 730 to. You can always give it a try

Hi All

I have downloaded that to sd and now sat nav cant see map, I may have done something wrong, so going to start again with another sd card, I have it all backed up on my computer somewhere.

I suppose that you have to aktivate the map again.
