Solved... universal installer is the best!

Hi, i tryed the following navcores but the device does't see the latest truck map with 8.3 and doesn't boot (freeze) with 9.7.

Any idea of what i can do?

I wasn't using truck before but want to try it, there is a closed thread with dead links with a solution but it is very old.

Thanks!

Did you download and activate Truck 915-5113 and use either NAvcore 9.700 or 9.701?

I think it is more a matter of having a x10 device;)
Assuming until now you only used the original Navcore the bootloader might be too low, so please post the results from get my config - look into my signature!
For the X10 device a suitable installer can be found here.
In general there are no issues using a truck setup on a X10 if done correctly.
The 9.701 is even designed to work with those devices....

9.701.go_work.CAB-navcore-GO-WORK would just stay frozen, but the same one from universal installer is perfect

Many thanks for the help mr. Downunder35m !
I don't understand how i lost so many hours with this LOL

It is easy to get lost once you follow the wrong path ;)
These days all you need is a installer for the new Navcores, a suitable map and FastActivate - if all three are up to date there won't be any problems.
The original CAB installations only work for those devices supported by the Navcore, so if TT does not offer a V9 Navcore for your device you won't get one working just by installing and patching it.
But trust me that your next update will be much easier now ;)
