Why not simply paste a working link?
How should a mod know how the links has to look like? ;)

Why are we posting a link to a 231MB version of 9.134?

In response to your post #8 (and DU35's #7).

Feel free to create a 9.134 thread and move it there but this thread is titled "G0910 RDS/TMC problems..", not "9.485" ; I was only trying to help a fellow member, see my post #6 by not posting a link to another forum.

Forum rule #6, quoted below, is open to interpretation.

6. Commercial ads
Links for ads, ad providers, warez sites, video portals, dangerous websites or gambling sites of any content are not tolerated and will be removed.
Same for links to commercial websites if they are not an essential part of the posting.
Links to your private non commercial homepage can be used.
Not following this rule will cause a permanent ban from the forum.

My question was asked because of birdsunlimited's post 11.

Had extensive use of 9.134 over last couple of weeks; no probs, only a minor irritant - following "Clear route" screen defaults to 2D. DU's 9.430 displayed "Do you want to connect to 'Computer' " on 40/50% of first connections to car mount. Powering GO910 down/up (after getting msg) fixed the problem - until the next trip.
Now located DU's 9.485 (updated/uploaded a week or so ago, addition of Torrent?) and will try this out over next couple of weeks.

I am sure that you are aware that 9.134 is a 2 year old Asian navcore.

No, I had no idea it was Asian - no chines3.ttf, pinyin_keyboard.dat files, which are present in DU's 9.430.
Will be installing DU's 9.485 tomorrow and testing over next couple of weeks (I need to travel 20 miles or so from home to have any chancd of getting RDS/TMC reception).

May not be relevant, but I use the old TT car mount with built-in FM transmitter - got directions as well as mp3 through car radio with origiinal NC.

Current models use the Charger/Antenna cable.
