Can you take a screenshot of your 750 internal memory & post it?

Thanx for the screenshot. Delete the ttsystem.rar & the ttsystem file. Download
[Please Register or Login to download file] Copy the ttsystem file only from it to your 750. Patch it with FA. Confirm your "Brightness" settings. Check the auto function after it gets dark.
Side Note: I see a fuel prices folder in the root. Have you copied the files from it to the maps?

Sorry did not work. it changed night and day automatically, but did not dim when dark.
I had a play around and put the Downunder 9.485 NC on and changed the emu to XL live and it appears to work. not sure if that is the right thing to do but now it reduces brightness automatically. which means that the unit is working correctly it must be the configuration. should i stick with this configuration or revert back to the 9.465 and alter the emu? i do prefer the emu of the Go 750 Live (x50) rather than the XL live (used to the Go menu)

For most things you can create a tomtom.mnu file to get a menu that has what you need independent from the emulation.
But some things can be accessed that way like the live services, but for your device it should be no problem as none of the new stuff is needed.
