Have been working on my GPS had no sound yesterday now when i try to use it there is no gps signal

GPS lock-on can take several minutes after a major upgrade/update.

Thanks for reply tendriver but gps in now been looking for over an hour still no signal ,is there any known conflics with voices and gps signal,just that is the only thing i can start to put it down to ,took all voices off unit it found signal but them back on no signal

There is no direct relationship between voices & the GPS signal. Have you gotten today's QuickGPSfix?

How many voices are you putting on at once ??

Just one at a time i think i have found the one that is causing trouble

Where did you download the voice from maybe it is corrupt, the same voice is available on this forum and works find it here :-

i cant remember where i downloaded it ,it was a number 42 ,but i see the one you have is number 125 ,
i have down loaded that 125 copied it to voices ,and my TT does not recognise it, Does not show up on on TT via computer or via change voices on TT
have run Fast actactivate still nothing
any more help please

The voice above does not need activating , Please remove all voices in the "voices" folder then add the above voice and it should work

have done that ,taken all voices off mt TT andndinstalled The Nat one My TT still does not recognice the Voice file neather on TT via computer or from its own File when i open up voices on TT

Give this attachment a go. Disregard the foreign name, when you change the voice.

That one comes up as voice on TT but she does not have sound and that file turns off all sound on my unit

Confirm that the name of the folder, that the 3 files are in, is voices & not voice.
