Navitotal appreciates you effort, but there is nothing that we can do with these maps at this time.

I think the solution would be to flash the application in the same way that the wii console. The wii application can be modified from a sd card. All tomtom navcore using the 10/11 have a mini sd card slot. Moreover, we can manipulate, modify, transfer the wii games (which have specific formats. Wbfs) using software such as wiibackupmanager. The nav 3 uses a .tpkg format for new maps tomtom.

The files need to be unpacked and with little modification the map files would work like the full featured NC9 maps,
but since the actual map activation for NC10 is unknown they will remain "locked" and useless.
It is an encrypted (or obfuscated) installer packet in TT's own format.
Even if you fool MyTT into accepting those ttpkg files for installation you will get the usual error that you can not use the map.
During the official installation of a map MyTT contacts the TT servers and generates an activation for your device.
