I have SE Navcore.8.412.1236.Basicpack and SE ttsystem.8.412.1236.rev1.1 extracted to my SD card. I have one exe and eight rar files from map North America 860.3101 with Automatic Installer and Patcher in a folder on my computer. I am stalling now because I don’t know how to proceed. Could someone please give me detailed instructions as to what to do to finish this upgrade?
I would really appreciate the help.

If the navcore is on the card, go here: 860 maps with installer and Fast Activate Read the instructions carefully to install the map.

You have posted the same thing 3 times. The last 2 have been deleted. What have you started loading on the card?

Sorry for the multiple posts. I couldn't tell if they went through or not.
I have put SE Navcore.8.412.1236.Basicpack.rar and SE ttsystem.8.412.1236.rev1.1.rar on so far.
Is the boot version in this going to be alright?
Tonight I will load the map. How exactly do I handle the 8 rar map files I have downloaded to my computer?
Thanks again for your patience>

If you got them from the link Tendriver posted you have to unpack them, but I have no EXE in the download.
So please specify where you got the map from, otherwise just follow the instructions in the thread for the maps.

I got them from the link above (your post) and I notice an exe in the first rar file. Do I extract all 8 to the SD and then dbl click on the exe to start the process?

As I said, please read the instructions in the thread first, after that you should not have any problems with the installation.

Sorry to be a bother, but I need some advice to fill in just before your instructions start.
Do I unpack them to a folder on the computer, or to the SD card? When I put them (where you say) then I run the exe, correct? After that your instructions take over.
Thanks.

1. Unzip to the computer.
2. The Install.exe puts the map on the internal or SD card, whichever you wish.

Downloading map seemed to go fine. At Fastactivate "maps/voices/ speecams" button I get "TTGO.BIF or TTNAVIGATOR.BIF not found in Root directory!!, etc" message. I don't know what to do now.
At "ttsystem/PNDnavigator" button I get "File Missing-ttsystem or PNDnavigator" message. I don't know what to do here either.
Sorry, I must ask for your help again.

Hint: Your unit creates a ttgo.bif file everytime it is booted. If it isn't on your card, there is only 1 other place it can be.

Thanks and thanks again to you all. Everything working fine.
Please, one last question. TT will not turn on using original TT car charger. Could this possibly be linked to the new update?
If I have to change the charger will any 5v USB car charger work, or is there something different about the one from TT (like the iPod chargers)?
