You haven't said what device you have so it's difficult to give you a more accurate answer but....have you tried updating it with TomTom Home?

Tomtom One 3edition 1GB. I didnt try tomtom home because one time i update and the gps become stuck at logo... Is there any other way?

The latest official navcore for your device is 8.010 so you can go with that or you might like to experiment with a newer one

Yes, just follow the updates through and it'll update it for you

BUT make sure you backup the whole device using windows explorer before you do, so it can be restored if needs be

There is also NC 9.510
