Help on adding a new Official TT voice.

Hi,

I'm trying to do a favour for a mate.
He wants "Kitt" as a voice on his "unaltered" XL.

I've downloaded the files from here :-

I've copied the 3 data84 files to his "Voices" folder and created the .dct file using BBS Tools in the same folder. I can't see "Kitt" in the list of available voices on his TT.

Does anyone know why this might be?
Do I need to patch his device?

Anything that would normally be purchased from TT like Maps, Speedcams, Fuel & Premium Voices must be patched. If anything is patched then all must be patched.
