Sometimes I update a tomtom device, but now i have a tomtom start 25.
Normally I go to My computer in Windows and then I see my device. But now I can't see it.
In the app MyDrive Connect I see my device.
Is there someone who can help me?

There is currently no way for you to see your new NAV3 device in Explorer and these can only be accessed through MyDrive
