How to Activate Speedcam files outside of TomTom

Postby Pepin » Sun Sep 12, 2010 5:52 am

Hi,

I want to use the TomTom speedcam files on my NDrive (Android). I have the Ndrive-speedcams-importer for this which can translate/convert .ov2 .asc and .csv into the specific .kml for NDrive. I downloaded the TomTom speedcam files from post:
Code: Select all
http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?2263-Official-TT-Speed-Cameras-%28updated-when-available%29

But these are unactivated and I can't seem to translate them as is. Is there a way to activate them in a Windows environment?

You can not convert the TT cams with any tool.
You have to use the TT software to use them and activate them with a keygen.
There are other sources for cam though, which you can find here.

easyusetools activates them without a tomtom but you still need a device id, as you do for any keygen, the speedcams are activated per device, so they wont run on a device without a tomtom unique device id

He is not using the TT software and I think he main question was on how to convert the files to be used by NDrive.
So no chance at all to use TT cams...

The link he linkd to in his first post was to officiall TT cams , and he as no chance of using these on another device as they require patching and linking to a device id.
