Why didn't you use a rider navcore?

I can't follow that problem here either.
The tomtom.mnu "solotion" works afaik with any Navcore, in fact users started this method long agon with V8 Navcores to change the layout of the menu.
It does not matter if it is a genuine Navcore, SE, DSA or Mireille.
And as mentioned by Tendriver : almost any tutorial in regards of a full menu is made for the Rider Navcore.
We have 2 pages of thread now for a problem that could be solved after a few postings.
But as long as it works now...

I am sorry you feel this thred is a waste of time, I was told by other sat nav peeps that it would not be a good idea to try put a rider navcore on my start, if you have any information that could help me turn my start into a rider please let me know, sorry to have offended people by starting a new thred.

1. Who said that this thread is a waste of time? Although you should have continued with your
can i convert tomtom start into a tomtom rider? thread, rather than abandoning it.
2. Who said that they were offended?

I think that the problem is that most of the time when you use on a Start I or Start II an other navcore the voices are no longer working.
Further the Start has no bluetooth and no aux so I thnik a Rider NC has no purpose.

A Rider navcore does have a purpose, if you want the Rider planning options that lostboys desires.

yes thats al i am asking for, i just want the bike features from a tom tom rider, i can not afford to get a rider for a few months as i have just lost my mother and have a big funeral bill to pay, so i was wanting to turn my tomtomstart into a rider until i can buy the real one (with its bike features) i have gone to the links you sent me in the other posts but they are just a (SE_Navcore.9.205.547817_32mb_devices rider 3 self instaler) and this does not seem to be the rider interface, i want it to have the features of the rider urban with the winding road feature.
