first off, Sorry, im sure this has been asked many many times, and it is probably posted somewhere on this forum.

I need instructions on how load an updated map onto my tom tom XL one. Could you please point me in ther direction as to where this information is located?
the information i need is.

what software is required and where to get the software.
where can i get the maps?
where can i find a step by step guide.

Please direct me in the right direction.

Please check our tutorial section, the current 885 and 880 map threads and you'll find all the info you need.
For the Navcore it is either the original or you have to test, some report the 8.562 works ok, other say it does not work, so trial and error on a XL.
