fernr001 wrote:Hi I am confused with the above comments, all I can say I tried running the Autoactivate from root on the SD card which was in the Tomtom connected to the PC with the USB which is the G drive and also tried running from the map folder named as North _America_850.2781, how do you run as adminstrator I am not familar?
I also have two further problems wich requires your attention please.
1) The postcode provided with the navcore v9.101 is not very good when the first three codes entered its comes up with a list, have downloaded the latest zip
file and which this version does not have it now comes up with street names instead of going straight to house number is there a better one?
2) The Easyusetools program will work on my desktop PC which has XP. but NOT on my laptop which has Xista, is there a solution please.
thanks,

Right click autoactivate.exe to run it as Admin.
1. Postcodes are a map feature, not a navcore feature. The downloadable zip is for the UK & Netherlands only.
2. Easyusetools works on any Windows OS.
