on my old tom tom when i used to turn it off it used to say
ill be back ..arnie voice ..and when i used to switch it on i had a noise to ..but how do i get it on this tom tom one

You can check the TT website for the procedure of creating your own content, inlcuding startup pics and sounds.
They have it explained pretty simply.
