Impossible Install of POI on a tomtom VIA

Good morning everybody.
I have a problem for install some community POI on my tomtom Via.

When I want to install a ov2 file with the web interface of the tomtom ([Please Register or Login to download file] ), i browse and i click install. Everybody seems ok, but when its ok, nothing appear in the web interface, and nothing appear in the GPS...

AFAIK MyTT supports importing of community POI, so why not use it?
Since nothing can be done with these new devices the best option is the TT support.
If I recall right that problem was discussed there several times.

Thank you for your help.
I aleady use MyTT for importing POIS, and it is with this method I have the pb.

My TT lauch the web interface of the tomtom device for importing pois.

I have contacted tomtom support and i waiting for a response.

But meanwhile, I noticed that the pois are visible in the memory of GPS via [Please Register or Login to download file]
They are in the memory of my device, but he don't want to display it,a nd the my tomtom interface don't display it either.

Maybe a limitation of number of poi is fixed because i have installed 54 pois. Problem, we can not supress some of them !!
