Incomplete Map - .dct Error

here is my config:

ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9541
ApplicationVersion=3145439.2
CurrentMap=
CurrentMapVersion=0.0

Map(s):

Storage:
Size 978MB, Free 108MB

i've installed last maps with the same problem : .dct error (with fastactivate ) -

and you know that without a meta code it is not possible to activate a map

I'm on the forum for a long time, but I haven't updated the TT for a long time - I forgot about it
I can not somehow find the latest maps with meta.

It makes more sense to look at the meta codes we already have and select a map to download from there...then you know it will activate successfully
