Its possible to Install Western_Europe_910_4973 with Automatic Installer & Patcher in TT XL v.8.014 ???

A 910.4973 map requires navcore 8.2XX or higher.

Its possible to update my XL from 8.014 to navcore 8.2xx ???

I see something strange in matrix map of 940.xxx .

When i try to update the maps of XL from TT HOME the TOMTOM company recommend me the version 940.5993 as latest update for maps , but in matrix of maps in forum the map 940.5993 is for version 8.06XX ( means that is not for my version of navcore , 8.014 ) , is something wrong ???

940.5993 maps require navcore 7.8XX or higher. Where did you see that it is for 8.06X?

Just a matter of interpretation.
As you can see the map is suited for all NC versions, starting from the 7.8x - that means it does not matter at all if the 8.014 is not listed as the full range is covered anyway.
It makes no sense to include all possible NC versions into the chart.

Read line 7 in the yellow box at the bottom of the compatibility chart that you referenced. It is just simple interpolation.
