Issue with map on Carminat by Tomtom

Hello people, I recently downloaded here the new Iberia map version 860.3123, transfered it to the sd card, activated it... no problem...

When I inserted the map on the gps, I tried to choose the map and and error poped... Something about the map not being suitable for the device...

It is the Carminat by TomTom on a brand new Renault...

Any help?

What Carminat navcore does the device have in it?

i have no clue...

Look in the unit's Main Menu, Status & Information.

Ok. Did what you told me and upgraded the navcore by following the instructions given on another thread from this forum. Everything ok...
But on my tomtom home aplication the map is yet to be activated (i am already using the fasractivator) and i get the error message on the device when i try to use it.

• you must connect to tthome choose button "Operate my device" tthome will now offer to download a package of files amongst these is the file you need to patch.
• When downloaded close tthome and download FastActivate Premium Edition
• Run the keygen from your pc and choose button "TomTom Home" this will now patch tthome and let you use the "operate my device" feature there is no need to patch tthome unless you want to use this emulator.

Tried with the fastactivate and with ttkeygen 4.1... and no good!

Yeah, I know. On Dec. 14, I asked you what navcore you are using, and you have yet to reply. Very frustrating indeed.

Well i'm not frustrated with you...
As i mentioned before, I installed a new navcore since I first posted in this thread. I have the navcore 8

There are several versions of nav 8 for carminat. Which one did you install?
