actually a need help about last map for my tomtom XL

Now I m with:

French map V985.8211
App 8.010
gpsV1.21
Lancer 5.3026

So I need help because Tomtom say that this GPS is finish about new maps and I need to buy a new one.

I DON'T want to buy a new one
so i need you help please.

It is true that you cannot buy any more maps through TomTom Home but there are newer maps you can still use if you have navcore 9.510:

France 1005_8763 = 451 MB

Last time you were here you had a TomTom One 3rd Edition with only 512 MB storage space...have you changed it for a One XL now?

If so, Holyhead gave you NC 9.510 so use that again with the same instructions and the above mentioned map and you'll be ok.

The XL and a few other models are no longer officially supported by TomTom and that will not change, however you can still get new maps from NaviTotal.

Yes, it's the same procedure as Holyhead's instructions last time.

Yes, if you prefer you can leave the official setup on the internal drive and install NC 9.510 and new France map on the SD card...follow Holyhead's instructions from before but just use the SD card instead of the internal drive.

I've already told you...follow Holyhead's instructions from last time, the only difference is to extract the NC 9.510 & new France map to the SD card, then activate the map.

When finished, start up the device and select the new map...job done
