You can find out your latest OFFICIALL navcore offerd to you by tomtom in the chart below
But as tendriver said above you can run un-officially 9.205

Since userbb asked for available & not official navcores, I didn't bother with the chart.

userbb, if you try Navcore 9.205.547817 will you post the results back here? I use 9.026 + outsourced on my 910 which is acceptable, but I'm always looking for an improvement.

Your 910 has no need or use for Outsource or the switchfiles zip. They are for 32MB units.

I knew the exist of the chart with official navcores but as tendriver said I'm always looking for a better or more advanced version.

I will try to install the suggested version 9.205.547817 and place the result in this thread.
But as I read in other threads, not all devices are the same so a working version on my Go910 is no guarantee for a good working version for an other Go910.

To be continued...

This is where you are wrong....... as you can imagine the TomTom Team here upgrade/help to upgrade a lot of units and if one 64mb widescreen device (ie 910) can use a certain navcore then they all can pending 1 does not come standerd with the dreaded v1x bootloader (altho certain times this will not matter either), the errors you talk of reading from are user errors the proffesionals here can upgrade all devices with no problem ;)

thanks
djc

Without Outsource I got 2 to 3 MB free RAM, with Outsource, free RAM went up to 13+ MB - so it stayed.
I will check this out.

Latest Navcores Read the Red Comment for navcore 9.051. It applies to all 9.XXX navcores since 9.051.

"The SE version of 9.051 is defaulted to x40.
This navcore is Very RAM memory friendly. 5-6 MB free is normal with 64Mbs. With 9.051, free RAM is up around 17MB."

I did try this nc (9.051) way back (suggestion from djc) but preferred the menu structure of 9.026.
Tested now without Outsourced - 4.1 MB free RAM. Put Outsourced back - 14 MB free RAM.
Submitting a response to djc's post #9.
