Greetings all.
I have been using TomTom Australia maps for a number of years. I'm wondering whether TomTom actually go on the road and update their dataset.
Reason I ask. The Gateway Motorway has changed a few years ago. There has been a lot of road changes, if you solely relied on the spoken direction and see the directions on map, you would be committing suicide by driving over the bridge and straight down to 120 foot onto traffic below.
Has anyone else experienced these incorrect directions and how does one report these big discrepancies?

TT often rely on mug owners to report changes:-
[Please Register or Login to download file] BUT don't hold your breath as changes can take up to 1 YEAR to appear on a new map version!
