Hi !

I own a Tomtom XL IQ Routes with maps South Europe v.890.422 Navcore 9.430.
I’ve installed the TomTom Speed cams and I’ve activated them with FastActivate.
But I have 2 problems:

- First of all, I’ve activated and installed all the speed cams but I just want the French and the German cams. I deleted the useless speed cams and now every time I connect my TT, TTHome proposes me to install all the safety cams and Premium Speed Cam. I have nothing about them on my computer. There is no way to delet them? TThome proposes me updates for Premium Safety cams for Germany and France. Can I make these update?

- In Demo mode, there is no sound when I saw a speedcams but I checked the option and I chose a sound in TomTom Services – Safety Alerts. Is that normal?

Can you help me to fix these?

I have a XXL IQ route with 9.430 navcore and Western and Central Europe 2GB 890.4234
I have the same problem, but this filder is not empty, there is the speecamd of all the country of europe.
I have the same problem there is no sound when i saw a speedcam but the safety alert are activate.

I am curious why you have W and CE 2GB 890.4234, instead of 4222?

Yes, the folder is empty.
I've uninstalled TT Home completely and I've deleted all the folder (Of course I saved my backups).

It was totally unnecessary to delete TT Home. You deleted what folder?

I didn't know what to do. I thought that uninstalling and reinstalling TTHome will fix that problem.
I deleted the folder in C:\Users\User Name\Documents

Did you delete this folder

Sorry for the time, I was on vacations.

I deleted C:\Users\User Name\Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete\safetycamera and this folder was empty.

I created a TomTom Home account when I bought my TT, and I think I had speedcams with the default map installed on my TT. Perhaps they are linked to my account?

It is no problem to use my tomtom account with a downloaded map installed on my device?
