loquendo tts on a xl live 2 gig

trying to put this on this device to get spoken street names,download the voice and copied everything into loquendo folder, then downloaded the file to overwrite in the same folder yet nothing shows up in voice selection

any help would be great

Was the LoquendoTTS folder already on the device when you got it?

Remove the Loquendo folder that you created. Download the above .cab & copy the LoquendoTTS folder from it into the XL. DO NOT copy in the downloaded file to overwrite!!! See if TT Home will load voices for you. If not, do it manually.

removed the loquendo folder, download and extrated the loquendo folder to the XL connected to tt home and it downloaded nothing,so copied all the voice files (uk simon)to the folder yet nothing shows in the voice selection option

Remove from the XL the Loquendo folder that you copied from the .cab. Copy this one in. It has 1 voice in it.

no that doesnt work either removed loquendo folder rebooted and connected to pc copied the one you said to device and still nothing showing in voices

TRY replacing the bin folder in the Loquendo folder from post 8, with this attached one.
