To keep your unit secure, never post it's Serial # or UniqueID. I deleted them in post 43.

Try other NMEA GPS-receiver baudrate 57600 i think it is port 7 in this device ?

No problem, just be aware.

Be aware this navcore will crash with out of memory error on first run after installation and after map upgrade, the second run will be ok

As i'm in the UK i use PGPSW speedcam data, But i don't see why the Tomtom speed cams won't work, The option is in the menu for them. Obviously you will need to patch the speedcams in the same way as you patched the map.
