I am trying to install new maps and also new navcore to my device. I installed the navcore and it appeared to go well. I am not sure what is going on with the maps. This is the original configuration:
DeviceName=TomTom XL
DeviceVersionHW=ONE XL (v9)
BootLoaderVersion=55026
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8017
ApplicationVersion=9381
CurrentMap=USA_and_Canada
CurrentMapVersion=835.2423

After the install this is the configuration:
DeviceName=TomTom XL
DeviceVersionHW=XL
BootLoaderVersion= 10012
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber= 9051
ApplicationVersion= 503855.2
CurrentMap=
CurrentMapVersion=0.0

The device turns on and appears to be working fine. Why is there no info in the current map and map version area?

Also when opening tomtom home I get the following error: See attachment

It looks to me like I need to patch the tthome.dll file for tthome to work but I never get the file. Any help is appreciated

Where did this bootloader come from? It is not part of 9.051!!

I tried using TomTom keygen 2009.rar but got a meta file corrupt so I then used Easy Activator and at least got it to work some what. Is this enough info to answer your question?

FTF, you can disregard that corrupt message.
There is not a bootloader file included with either of the SE 9.051 downloads. Your bootloader should not have changed.

1. To fix version error.
Open the ttgo.bif file with Notepad.
Replace lines 9 & 10 with these:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8017
ApplicationVersion=9381
Save it as ttgo.bak
Disconnect & reboot.

Sorry I grabed the wrong the info from somewhere. Here is the correct info:

ApplicationVersionVersionNumber= 9051
ApplicationVersion= 503855.2

CurrentMapVersion=850.2783

Changing the file and creating a .bak fixed the other problem so I am good to go!
