Maps 1005 - say dont work on my gps

Hi, my gps Tomtom 1Ex00 has App 9.430, i download "Europe 1GB West 1005 8819". Chart say that is compatible, i update the map and activate with fastactivate but when i turn on gps say that the map its not compatible. The message say "You cant use this map on this equipment Europe 1GB West 101483"...
The message say that the map i copy to the gps is Europe 1GB West 101483 instead of "Europe 1GB West 1005 8819"... Try other map like Europe_1GB_South_1005_8819 but say the same thing... Any idea?

Start reading without a metacode you can,t use the map.

But i activate with fastactivate as always do when i update maps... Unless fastactivate dont activate this maps i install...

Already read... I update dozens of gps... The gps has 9.4 navcore so all maps should work on this GPS right? I think that maybe the fastactivate is from 25 March and dont activate the maps i download? Never update by meta, only by fastactivate and this fastactivate file dont came with the compatible maps file...

If you've updated dozens of GPS's, you should know that you can't activate a map unless there is a meta code released for that particular map?

Q: Can you see a meta code for either of the following here?

Europe 1GB West 1005 8819
Europe_1GB_South 1005_8819

A: No, you can't...so neither of those maps can be activated

Btw, yes you are right...NC 9.4 is compatible with all maps
and if you want a list of what meta codes FastActivate contains > Select option 1 and you'll get one

Ok. Thanks. I update dozens but the only thing i done is check the text file that come with fastactivate that shoud be what you call meta codes and see if my map was there... The last version of fastactivate i download from this site dont have that file so i cant confirm that has my map... Thanks

Hi, i select option 1 on fastactivate that say "1. Update meta.txt" but dont say nothing... If i open fastactivate file outside the gps show me the instructions and say that my gps is not connected... If i run fastactivate inside the gps just blink and become to the option page...

If you've selected option 1 on FA....look in the GPS root for a file called 'Updated_meta'
