Tomtom says these maps are already more then 20 weeks old but mapshare is not available

What version map are you running ?

Start TTHome and click Tools > TomTom Map Share > how to join , and then join mapshare.

I'm already member and joined long time ago, this worked with all previous cards ... problem just arised with the new maps

Check the map share settings , it is possible they have changed if you have updated your map or navcore recently

I get exactly the same response in Tomtom home (as a message on screen against a red spot??) when I connect the first device indicated below.

I'd assumed the word "temporarily" indicated it was a problem recognised by, and being worked on, by TT rather than associated with any settings in my control, but if anyone can enlighten me/us please do.
