A friend has this TomTom and ask me to update it. It is original with map version 1011.
Can some help me to find out which TomTom it is ? I think the start 42 but I am not sure
When I try to connect it to my computer with the USB cable it does not make an connection so do I something wrong ?
Does it has a SD card connector and what is the max size ? I can see something like that.
Which NC and map wil work ?

Thank you but I can not connect to the device, not with my PC and not with TTActivation.
By the way the app number in the device is not in the list of the Nav3 compatible devices

It is the Start 20 with 8GB internal memory, model 4EN4.001.08 and serial start with AY

No, it's not possible as the file system is completely different to what you're used to...this is also the reason why you can't access it via the PC. The only way to do it is through the tutorial I linked you to even though the file app number doesn't appear in the list.

See what updates you get through MyDrive Connect and then look at the tutorial again.
