NAV3 Internal Memory File System Access

NAV3 Internal Memory File System Access

Postby qwerty101 » Wed Sep 25, 2024 8:06 pm

Hi,

Is it possible to manually access and modify the internal flash memory file system for a nav3 device?

In order to (say) back the whole unit up.

I'm playing with a NAV3 device at the moment. Using TTActivator to update the navcore and maps. It's worked but I don't see a way to access the internal file system.

Windows has the correct tomtom driver so TTActivator can see it.

R-Link Explorer doesn't see the device when connected (it has no external memory slot), and no new drive letter shows up in Windows file explorer. There's no option to mount the internal flash memory as a new driver letter in TTActivator either, that I can see.

Thanks.
