I created a patched version of the new 9.410 Navcore with switchable emulations from the menu - use the skin chooser on the last page.
It is an Asian Navcore, therefor you get added support for the Asian keyboard and the Asian iFlyteck TTS engine.
As I don't have a device to test it on you download and install at your own risk.
Make a full backup using Windows Explorer,
check your backup,
delete all from the device except your map folder and the folder "voices",
unpack the archive to the root your device,
add your own content from your backup.

The Navcore supports the iFlytech engine (which only offers Asian voices) and the normal LoquendoTTS voices should be supported as well.
However, due to the Ram limit of only 32mb it is recommended to delete the LoquendoTTS folder and not to use those voices.

Important: I included all emulations, but I don't know if TT has added the necessary support for it in this NC.
If your device hangs or constantly reboots after you changed the emulation:
Open the file "reskin" with a an editor, you'll find the file in the folder "skins",
Delete the whole string inside and replace with this :
slf-Self;slf-Self
Save the file and start your TT, it will now work in the emulation that TT intended for the device.
