Then I have mini SD card with map of Europe for truck 870.3421
I downloaded navcore for truck (with tones and metres for lkw)

but it doesnt work, after restart with microSD is only screen TomTom

You will need a 4GB mini card.
Current Truck map is Europe_TRUCK_875_3649 [2.43GB] OR [Please Register or Login to download file]
Instructions for installing the Auto Installer version are in post 1 of the All New Maps 875.XXXX thread.

Copy the 8.398 navcore & prepatched ttsystem file to the card.
Put a copy of your 750's ttgo.bif file on the card
Install the map to the card.
Reboot.

1. Why try 870 first? It is possible, but it is a waste of time.
2. Don't reboot until after you have patched the map.
3. With the mini card not installed the unit will run on the internal setup. With the card, containing Truck navcore & map, installed, it becomes the default setup.

I have map Europe Truck 870 downloaded on card and patched. New map I must download later.
On card is navcore 8.398 with ttgo.bif from TTGO750 and other common files from unit memory.
I copied new core through them and it doesnt work.
Now I cant download new map.
Should I try it with cleared card only navcore + ttgo.bif+ map ?

5. Yes as instructed in post 2. 1 exception, if the map is correctly patched, you don't need the ttgo.bif file. The map folder should have a .meta file, a .meta.dct file, a .tmeta file & a .tmeta.dct file, if correctly patched.

3. I did this today morning, and then returned it (in this bad condition) to my father-in-law, he is driver and need it to truck

What can I do now?

I formated 4GB card, loaded navicore for trucks + patched ttsystem, ttgo.bif from unit, map 870.3421, activated map, and reboot and result
nothing -
after reboot first minute picture line with loading and then black screen with logo tomtom....
I dont know what to do....

For a X50 device you will a Truck Navcore with a different kernel as the device won't work with a V8 Navcore at all.
[Please Register or Login to download file] 8.398 has the V9 Kernel used by the 9.160 Navcore and will run with limitations on a X50 device.
You have to turn the device off holding the powr button for 15+sec. or by pushing the reset button.
Live services might not work at all.
Some menu items might not be displayed correctly.

There is not much more that can be done to use the Truck Navcore on X50, so you either have to accept the limitations and problems or replace the 750 with a 720/730.

You can overwrite the existing 8.398 or the SD or do a clean install on a blank SD.
No voices or other extras are included.
