Seems TT has offered the first update for the V10 Navcore :

Files can be extracted with cpio
cpio --extract -v < ./00000000-0031-0010-0400-005847984008_system-update.ttpkg
cpio --extract -v < ./Europe.ttpkg
But then? ...
You get: rootfs.img.new and zImage, but how how to mount it?
