Also I noticed teh current map has the following.
- /mnt/sdcard/NA_880.3810/
The map is on IM why it is trying to read from card. There is no SD card in the device?

You got me lost here now, I can't really follow what you are doing or trying.
Where di you find "- /mnt/sdcard/NA_880.3810/ " and what do you mean by "Also I noticed teh current map has the following."?

I am sorry. I was redoing step 57. I noticed one of the file I was deleting(not sure which file, I believe mapsetting.cfg) had"- /mnt/sdcard/NA_880.3810/ " .
Why it is trying to read from sd card. There is no sd card in the device.

Also I renamed map folder to "NA" from "NA_880.3810".
I redid step 57 again.
Now the TT restarts and has 16.5MB free space.
App:9.205.547817.1, OS 547200, Boot 5.5277

What is the next step.

If the TT is working now and you can plan ans simulate a route, shut it down again with an active route.
Press the reset button and start it again - the route should still be active and the device should start normal.
If so make a full backup of the current files and folder and after that try again with the favourites and home location.

TT is not working.
When I try to change preferences and click teh next button, TT reboots.
Seems like trying to add a favorite or use any functions it starts rebooting.

Trying to add home location, TT displays busy planning route and reboots, then gets stuch at the legal notice screen.

Ok, just to rule out the map:
if you still have your old map try if the old map is working.
It might be a problem with missing or corrupted files in your current map.

I tried putting my old map. But the same issue.
The TT will boot up but on touching the TT screen it freezes.

Either your Navcore is not installed correctly or the device is faulty.
I suggest to do a clean install of the original NC using Home on an empty device.
Add the map, activate and patch.

I'm running out of ideas here, installing the original NC with Home is one of the most basic things - I strongly suggest you do a little bit of your homework.
Otherwise this thread will continue into the next season.

With 9.205, when I connect to the TTHome, I am able to create home location then add a favorite, then able to do a route demo between home location and favorite. But when I disconnect TT from TTHOME and restart TT it reboots. Any idea? Or I should do post 72.

Home only uses a simulation, so it is useless for testing.
